Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. All sales are final or available for in-house credit. If any piece is damaged in transit, you must contact Cadsawan LLC at sales[at]cadsawan[dot]com within 48 hours. We will repair or replace the piece as soon as the damaged piece is recieved. Please call 866.352.2698 for return authorization.

Cadsawan LLC is not responsible for return merchandise in transit. Therefore, please insure all refund parcels. Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
